I understand and acknowledge that my estate planning documents will be prepared by licensed attorneys through an independent, third-party attorney platform. Any attorney-client relationship that may arise is solely between me and the preparing attorney, not with Estate Plan Services.

3. No Guarantee of Legal Outcomes

I understand and acknowledge that estate planning outcomes depend on individual circumstances, proper execution, asset funding, court proceedings, and changes in law, and that no legal outcomes are guaranteed, including probate avoidance, privacy, tax results, or timing of estate settlement.
