A will only takes effect after death and still goes through probate. The Pro Package is built around a revocable living trust, which lets assets you place in the trust pass to your beneficiaries without probate, and it also covers incapacity while you are still living.

Is the $3,995 price really all-inclusive?

Yes. The $3,995 flat fee covers every document listed above plus one deed transfer. The only optional costs are additional deed transfers ($400 each) and any county recording or notary fees charged by third parties.

How long does the process take?

Most clients complete their intake, review, and signing within two to three weeks. Rush handling is available if you have a pressing deadline.

Do you handle my state?

Yes. Documents are prepared for your state of residence in all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Who actually funds the trust?

With the Pro Package we prepare one deed transfer and provide written instructions so you can retitle remaining accounts. If you would rather have that handled for you, the White Glove Service includes full funding assistance.
